Gold belongs to the person generating an image. A GM may gift existing Gold; joining a campaign never gives access to someone else’s purse.
Gold costs, balances, and refunds
At the displayed rates: single portrait 1 GP; character manifest 2 GP; Flash scene 2 GP; Pro scene 4 GP. The app shows the cost before generation. Gold buys artwork; it is separate from your character’s in-game money.
Plan Gold is spent first and can accumulate up to three monthly grants. Reward and purchased Gold remain separate and are spent next, in that order. Failed AI requests refund reserved Gold; the app reports the confirmed refund or lets you know if confirmation is still pending. Retrying a completed request does not charge again.
Invitation safeguards allow 50 pending invitations per campaign and 50 sends or resends per sender per day. There is no per-player seat charge.
