Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to applications provided by D100 WORLD, including SILENT | IMAGE (the “Service”). By creating an account, joining a campaign, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service for an organization or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account.

Email/password accounts may need a verified email before protected features become available. We may refuse, suspend, or remove accounts that are unverified, compromised, banned, or used to evade safeguards.

Campaign owners and Game Masters control invitations, membership, roles, and campaign settings. A role may allow another member to view, create, edit, share, or delete campaign material. Review a campaign’s membership before adding sensitive content.

You must not access another campaign without permission, forge ownership, impersonate another member, expose private GM material, or attempt to bypass campaign or media authorization.

Your inputs. You retain any rights you have in prompts, names, descriptions, reference images, and other material you submit. You grant D100 WORLD a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Generated output. As between you and D100 WORLD, and to the extent permitted by law and provider terms, we do not claim ownership of output generated for you. AI output may not be unique, accurate, copyrightable, or free of similarity to other material.

The Service is intended for personal tabletop campaigns and storytelling. You are responsible for confirming that your inputs, references, sharing, and use of output are lawful and do not violate another person’s rights.

Gold (“GP”) is a limited, non-transferable Service credit used for eligible AI image actions. Gold is not currency, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged between accounts, and cannot be used outside the Service.

Plan Gold is granted monthly according to your account tier and can accumulate only up to the displayed rollover cap. Starter, reward, and purchased Gold are tracked separately. The Service currently spends plan Gold first, then reward Gold, then purchased Gold. Displayed generation costs, grants, limits, and spend order may change with reasonable notice.

The Service reserves Gold when an AI request begins. If our systems record that request as failed or timed out, the reserved amount is returned. Completed, refused, safety-filtered, or user-discarded output may still count as a completed use where the underlying AI work occurred.

Prices and top-ups shown during beta are previews. No payment is collected until checkout is explicitly launched. Before a paid purchase, we will show the price, currency, applicable taxes, recurring terms, cancellation method, and any purchase-specific refund or expiry terms.

You may not use the Service to break the law, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, exploit or sexualize minors, create malicious or deceptive material, harass others, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

You may not probe another user’s data, bypass safety or authorization controls, forge identifiers or ownership, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with availability, resell access, manipulate Gold accounting, or use repeated accounts to evade limits.

AI results are probabilistic. They can be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, incomplete, or unexpectedly similar to existing material. Reference images can improve continuity but do not guarantee an identical face, body, outfit, composition, or style.

You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on, publishing, or sharing it. The Service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

Features, AI models, generation costs, quotas, plan limits, storage limits, and availability may change. Requests may be delayed, refused, or fail because of safety policies, provider capacity, maintenance, or technical errors.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes that affect paid access or stored campaign content.

You can request account deletion through Identity Settings after resolving campaigns you own. Deletion may be delayed while our systems remove campaign memberships, invitations, uploads, usage records, and other account-linked material.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, campaigns, the Service, providers, or third parties; respond to legal requirements; investigate abuse; or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we may preserve records needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or preservation of every attempted generation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D100 WORLD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, campaigns, opportunity, goodwill, or profits arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
